Responsibility

  • Manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide real-time support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, invoices, and other legal or financial documents related to sales activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability aligns with customer demands.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by providing administrative assistance and insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales administration, retail administration, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Experience in the retail industry or customer service is highly desirable.
