Responsibility
- Manage daily retail administrative operations to ensure seamless store performance.
- Provide high-quality front-line support and professional service to all walk-in customers.
- Process sales orders accurately and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a professional and problem-solving attitude.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining documentation for management review.
- Participate in store promotions and sales events to drive brand growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, administration, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (Mandarin) to serve a diverse customer base.
- High level of initiative, proactivity, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A service-oriented personality with a genuine desire to assist customers and achieve sales targets.
