Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and product quality to uphold brand reputation.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and seasonal menus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving issues and improving satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
