Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest-centric service.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and strategic partnerships with local businesses.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate seasonal menus and special events that align with Violet Oonâs culinary vision.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (e.g., Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Manager).
- Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and guest satisfaction in a luxury or fine-dining setting.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP) or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Experience with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for Peranakan cuisine and Asian hospitality culture.
