As a Dishwasher Steward, you will ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas are sanitized and organized, supporting our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning cycles.
- Organize and store cleaned items in designated areas for easy access.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak hours.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning tasks, including floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or food service is preferred.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
