Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the management team in overseeing staff performance and customer service.
- Learn and execute inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure high standards of service.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
- Participate in financial tasks such as cash handling, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business-related education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Indonesian is a bonus.
