Responsibility
- Product Promotion: Actively engage customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive interest and sales.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional in-store support, answering inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays in accordance with brand guidelines to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and report low stock or discrepancies to the management team.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s image by adhering to dress codes, professional conduct, and brand messaging at all times.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and market trends to provide actionable feedback for product and service improvements.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with retail staff, supervisors, and marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in a promotional or brand ambassador role.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse customers effectively.
- Passion for Sales: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a natural aptitude for persuasion and relationship-building.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate product details, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali, including weekends and holidays as required.
