Responsibility
- Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays to attract customer attention and enhance brand image.
- Proactively greet and engage customers, understanding their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Accurately record sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels using digital spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure stock availability and report any discrepancies or low inventory.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for customer service with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and record-keeping.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with luxury or consumer goods is a plus but not required.
