Responsibility
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, ensuring customers find products that meet their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update spreadsheets to track performance metrics and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
