Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for 3C products.
- Oversee the full spectrum of outlet operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation of receipts, and timely bank deposits.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, performance analytics, and market insights to headquarters.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal product availability.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally and maintain a high standard of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align outlet goals with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics, telecom, or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail POS software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities for sales reporting and financial oversight.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
