Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional plans to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and tourism stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance skills and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail, hospitality, or tourism management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and financial reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of customer service excellence and sales techniques in a high-traffic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
