Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to uphold company values and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality, retail, or F&B industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
