Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and local partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or outlet management, preferably in a luxury or high-traffic environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
