Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to improve performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and financial management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
