Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role within hospitality/tourism.
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric mindset.
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
