Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on eyewear selections.
- Conduct basic eye measurements and lens fittings to ensure optimal comfort and vision clarity.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including receiving, organizing, and displaying eyewear products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and frame materials to meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in promotional activities, including in-store events and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or optical experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and frame styles (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
