Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, assessing their vision needs and recommending suitable eyewear solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting Optik Melawaiâs premium frames, lenses, and accessories.
- Conduct professional eye measurements and lens fittings to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.
- Educate customers on the latest trends in eyewear, lens technologies, and proper eye care practices.
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
- Process orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, and optical terminology (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
