Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and minimize losses.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including sales data, staff performance, and inventory status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
