Responsibility
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new pharmacy outlet openings, from site selection to grand opening.
- Manage renovation projects for existing outlets, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee licensing and regulatory compliance for all retail locations, liaising with local authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement in retail operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outlet strategies with business objectives.
- Train and mentor retail staff on operational best practices, customer service, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or pharmacy administration.
- Proven track record in managing outlet openings, renovations, or licensing processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian retail regulations, particularly in the pharmacy/healthcare sector.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are a plus.
