From September to November 2026, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our expo booths, assisting with product demonstrations, sales transactions, and efficient packing. Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases at expo booths.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems or manual methods.
- Pack and prepare products for customer takeaway, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth or display area.
- Collaborate with team members to set up and break down expo stations efficiently.
- Handle cash and card payments while adhering to financial and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Track inventory and report stock levels or supply needs to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate sales and packing tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days (Sep–Nov 2026).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 15 kg).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Prior retail, sales, or event experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
