Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking shelves and updating displays.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and participate in promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health/safety standards and loss prevention measures.
- Assist in opening/closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
