Responsibility
- Process all cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and record all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring alignment with supplier and customer notes.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems and other related equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role within the retail industry.
