Responsibility
- Drive sales of Dreame’s smart home appliances (robot vacuums, air purifiers, etc.) through proactive customer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best Dreame solutions for their homes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on Dreame’s product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations align with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or luxury goods.
- Passion for smart home technology and a keen interest in learning about Dreame’s innovative products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic understanding of digital sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, POS software) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate store operations.
- Prior experience in Bali’s retail or expat market is a strong plus.
