Responsibility
- Develop and execute category strategies for health supplements, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demand.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to launch new products and promotions effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and work with logistics to ensure timely product availability.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct risk assessments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess category performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies for all health supplement products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or buying, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of health supplement market trends, regulations, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Malay) are a plus.
