Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients purchasing IT products or printing services, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring high-quality output for all orders.
- Manage retail sales transactions, including processing payments, generating receipts, and handling cash/credit operations accurately.
- Assist customers in selecting IT products (e.g., hardware, software, accessories) based on their needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves, labeling products, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to track sales performance, report daily transactions, and contribute to inventory management.
- Stay updated on new IT products, printing technologies, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in IT or printing services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic technical knowledge of IT products (e.g., laptops, peripherals) and printing equipment (e.g., copiers, large-format printers).
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems accurately.
- High attention to detail, especially for print quality control and order accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as needed in a retail environment.
