Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyze retail performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with store managers to streamline inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Assist in the implementation of operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of store operations, including sales data, stock levels, and employee performance.
- Liaise with corporate teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational guidelines.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on operational processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure stores adhere to health, safety, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with retail management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
