Responsibility
- Monitor and verify daily sales records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Maintain and update inventory records, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and order fulfillment.
- Process and verify payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Organize and manage supplier documents, contracts, and communications to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key operational metrics and insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as needed to drive business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or office support role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is a plus.
