Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functionality and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, foot traffic, and customer retention.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, inventory turnover) and provide actionable insights.
- Lead, train, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and visual presentation to align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury fashion or jewelry.
- Proven track record in store management, P&L responsibility, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail software (e.g., POS, ERP, inventory systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with the Malaysia retail market and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
