Responsibility
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining store presentation.
- Support sales activities by engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Help achieve sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling beauty items.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product displays, and tracking inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support staff management tasks, including scheduling, training, and performance tracking under supervision.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
