Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets (convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops) to monitor product availability and presentation.
- Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and demonstrations to drive product awareness and sales.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, including shelf placement, pricing, and branding guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to secure prime product placement.
- Track inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the sales team.
- Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform business strategies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive engagement and promotional activities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, promotions, or sales (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and retail partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets efficiently.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local market trends is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories (own transportation is preferred).
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Excel, CRM) for reporting and data tracking.
