Responsibility
- Design and maintain visually appealing product displays to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Perform paint tinting services accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product presentation, safety, and cleanliness.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and product performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing displays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of paint tinting and color mixing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
- Familiarity with retail inventory management systems is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or merchandising are a bonus.
