Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Design and execute eye-catching in-store displays, signage, and promotional setups.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine product placement and assortment.
- Collaborate with store managers and vendors to plan seasonal promotions and sales events.
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Train and guide retail staff on best practices for product presentation and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in hardware or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics in product display.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Physical stamina to handle store setups, lifting, and long periods of standing.
