Responsibility
- Stock and replenish products on shelves, racks, and displays to ensure optimal availability and visual appeal.
- Design and maintain attractive product displays that align with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team to restock items as needed, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing, and signage to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze product performance and recommend merchandising adjustments to boost sales.
- Assist in setting up seasonal or promotional displays to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all merchandising areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, stock management, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store needs.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange products (up to 20-25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with store staff and management.
