Responsibility
- Stock and replenish products on shelves, racks, and displays to ensure optimal availability and visual appeal.
- Design and maintain attractive, brand-compliant product displays to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and report discrepancies to management for timely restocking.
- Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal layouts, and special displays.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing accuracy, and signage to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of in-store events, product launches, or sales activations.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer preferences, and merchandising opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, stock management, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and arrange products (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management tools or POS systems is a plus.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store staff and management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by store operations.
