Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Design and implement visually appealing product displays to attract customers and boost sales.
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement, pricing, and signage to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements in product positioning and merchandising strategies.
- Train and guide retail staff on best practices for stock handling, display setups, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and restocking of merchandise.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products through demonstrations and interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong interest in retail are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak retail periods.
