Responsibility
- Lead and manage retail store operations across multiple locations in Bali, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
- Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product displays to maximize sales.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and fostering a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in a multi-store or regional role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
