Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned departments (fresh, food, and non-food) to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards across all departments.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and execute operational plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail software.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
