Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular staff training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotional campaigns and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry or related field.
- Proven track record as a Store Supervisor or Floor Manager for at least 3 years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
