As a Floor Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. With at least 4 years of retail experience (including 3+ years as a Store Supervisor), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our stores while contributing to Erajaya’s mission of innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, engagement, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies, setting targets, and monitoring KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving escalations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize store layouts, visual merchandising, and product placement.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and security protocols in alignment with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry or related fields.
- Proven track record as a Store Supervisor or Floor Manager (3+ years).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
