Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present reports on store performance, staff productivity, and operational challenges to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or floor management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff scheduling is a plus.
