Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Implement promotional strategies and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or hypermarket setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, staff, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales tracking, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software is an advantage.
