Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting the right electrical appliances based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and warranties.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and digital payments, accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical appliances or consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of electrical appliances and consumer electronics is a plus.
