Responsibility
- Visit assigned customers monthly to ensure satisfaction and promote products.
- Use the My Vista application to manage visits, report findings, and update customer information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly targets for customer visits and sales.
- Collect and report market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
