We are seeking a highly motivated Fit-Out Executive to join our team in Bali’s thriving design and architecture sector. As a Retail Fit-Out Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing fit-out projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure that retail environments are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand identities, while adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—including Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar—you’ll collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to deliver world-class retail spaces that drive customer engagement and business success.
Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end fit-out projects for retail spaces, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to develop and execute project plans.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate adjustments as needed.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail fit-out, project management, or construction.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of retail design principles, space planning, and material selection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and retail market is highly advantageous.
