Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and engaging approach to every guest.
- Educate customers about Venchi’s premium chocolate, gelato, and F&B products, including ingredients, origins, and pairing recommendations.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in the store and F&B areas in compliance with brand and local regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, rotating products, and reporting low supplies.
- Handle cashier duties accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities or events.
- Stay updated on new product launches, seasonal offerings, and brand promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service roles (preferably in luxury or high-end brands).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Italian or Indonesian, are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sales and product knowledge, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and aligned with Venchi’s brand image and values.
