Responsibility
- Lead and supervise retail execution teams to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
- Develop and implement market execution strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor in-store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, vendors, and customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze retail performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail operations, field supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
