Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and report low stock to management.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and industry trends to effectively recommend solutions to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Passionate about customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of beauty, health, or retail products is advantageous.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
