Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on health and beauty products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Promote Watsonsâ loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
