Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report low stock to management.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments, ensuring products are display-ready.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Follow company policies on security, safety, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
