Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, fitting room support, and checkout processes.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal and product presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Uphold store policies, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
